I am Jenn Jensen,
an incurably cheesy EFT Tapping facilitator and self-belonging expert.
I’m here to help people reclaim their right to exist as they are, without looking outside themselves for direction or approval.
To trust their own inner experience enough that they no longer need external permission to be who they are.
To so deeply love and accept themselves that they no longer get lost in the opinions, expectations, or reactions of others. (I told you I was cheesy.)
Because it’s hard to feel fulfilled by a life that’s built around others’ expectations.
A few years ago, my life completely fell apart in ways I couldn't stop or control. And in the middle of it, I was forced to face something I had never fully seen before:
I had spent so much time trying to be who I thought other people wanted, needed, or expected me to be that I no longer knew who I was underneath it all. I had become so focused on fitting in, meeting expectations, and doing the “right thing” that somewhere along the way, my life had stopped feeling like my own.
That realization led me to some uncomfortable questions:
What do I actually want?
Where have I been waiting for permission?
What am I doing because I want to — and what am I doing because I think I should?
And perhaps the biggest question of all:
Who am I when I’m not trying to be what everyone else expects me to be?
What began as a personal search for answers eventually became an exploration of self-belonging.
Not as a philosophy. Not as another thing to achieve. But as the practice of learning how to stay connected to myself instead of constantly looking outside myself for guidance.
Along the way, EFT Tapping became one of the most helpful tools I found.
Not because it gave me the answers, but because it helped quiet some of the noise around them.
It helped me work with the fears, emotions, and patterns that were making it difficult to trust myself and move forward. It gave me a practical way to create more space between what I genuinely felt and all the expectations, assumptions, and old conditioning that had accumulated over the years.
Today, that's the work I share with others.
And while everyone's path looks different, I've found that many of us are searching for the same thing: a life that feels more honest, more meaningful, and more like our own.
If that's something you're exploring too, I'd love to support you. Head to my services page to learn more about working together one-on-one or in a group or community setting.
In the meantime, this coffee-drinking, Pilates-loving writer, aunt, and cat mom will be on the patio, basking in the sun with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc while meditating, reading something soul-expanding, or listening to Dave Matthews Band.
