I am Jenn Jensen,

an incurably cheesy EFT Tapping facilitator and self-belonging expert.

I'm here to help people reclaim their right to exist as they are, without looking outside themselves for direction or approval.

To know themselves well enough, trust themselves deeply enough, and love themselves fully enough to make choices that reflect who they truly are—even when it’s uncomfortable.

Because it's hard to feel fulfilled by a life that's built around other people's expectations. (I told you I was cheesy.)

A few years ago, my life completely fell apart in ways I couldn't stop or control. And in the middle of it, I was forced to face something I had never fully seen before:

I had spent so much time trying to be who I thought other people wanted, needed, or expected me to be that I no longer knew who I was underneath it all. I had become so focused on fitting in, meeting expectations, and doing the “right thing” that somewhere along the way, my life had stopped feeling like my own.

That realization led me to some uncomfortable questions:

  • What do I actually want?

  • Where have I been waiting for permission?

  • What am I doing because I want to — and what am I doing because I think I should?

And perhaps the biggest question of all:

  • Who am I when I’m not trying to be what everyone else expects me to be?

At the time, I didn't have the language for self-belonging yet. I just knew I wanted life to feel different.

I wanted to stop feeling so overwhelmed by my emotions. I wanted relief from grief, betrayal trauma, body image struggles, unhealthy coping habits, and the constant fear that everything was about to fall apart all over again.

That's what led me to EFT Tapping.

At first, I thought it was simply helping me feel better.

Over time, I realized it was helping me relate to myself differently.

EFT didn't just change how I felt. It changed my relationship with how I felt.

Instead of constantly trying to fight my emotions or think my way out of them, I learned how to stay with them. I began to recognize the fears, beliefs, and patterns that had quietly shaped so many of my choices, and I finally had a way to work with them rather than against them.

Looking back, I can see that this was the beginning of what I now call self-belonging—not becoming someone new, but learning to stay connected to who I already was.

That didn't happen overnight. I still have hard days. I still get things wrong. I still uncover new layers. But my life feels more honest now because it feels more like my own.

Today, that's the work I share with others.

Not because I believe everyone needs the same path I took, but because I've seen what can happen when people build a safer, more trusting relationship with themselves.

If you're exploring what that could look like in your own life, I'd love to support you. Whether through individual sessions, group experiences, or community workshops, I offer a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and practice building a life that reflects who you are, not just who you've learned to be.

In the meantime, this coffee-drinking, Pilates-loving, book-writing aunt and cat mom will be on the patio, basking in the sun with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc while meditating, reading something soul-expanding, or listening to Dave Matthews Band.
