FOUNDING COHORT BEGINS FALL 2026
Be Your Own Belonging
What would change if you stopped doubting yourself, shrinking yourself, and taking responsibility for everyone else’s comfort? Explore what it means to stay connected to yourself without disconnecting from the world around you.
THE PROBLEM
Most of us aren’t taught to belong to ourselves.
We’re taught to fit in, meet expectations, be good, keep the peace, and show up for the people around us. But somewhere along the way, we can lose touch with our own feelings, needs, opinions, beliefs, and desires.
THE DISCONNECT
We learn to look outward instead of inward.
We learn to measure ourselves by other people’s expectations, opinions, needs, and approval. We second-guess what we feel, override what we need, and leave ourselves behind in ways so familiar we may not even realize we’re doing it.
THE INVITATION
Self-belonging offers a more fulfilling way to live.
Self-belonging isn’t becoming someone new or rejecting the world around you. It’s learning to stay connected to what you feel and need and who you are so you can move through life with more self-trust, authenticity, and choice.
WHAT YOU GET
Build a Relationship With Yourself You Can Count On
You’ll have the space, tools, and support to explore what self-belonging means for you—not just during the program, but beyond it. Together, we’ll build a foundation you can continue to grow from and live from.
Listen to Yourself
Get more in touch with your own needs, desires, feelings, preferences, and inner knowing—and learn to validate what you discover.
Trust Yourself
Build the kind of self-trust that doesn’t require you to always be right or certain. Trust yourself to listen, choose, learn, adjust, and respond to whatever comes next.
Stay With Yourself
Learn to remain on your own side when things get messy, uncomfortable, or uncertain. When you disconnect from yourself, practice finding your way back.
Stay Yourself With Others
Learn to stay connected to yourself while navigating relationships, expectations, and other people’s reactions. Be seen, set boundaries, and care about others without making yourself disappear.
HOW IT WORKS
Self-Belonging Becomes a Way of Life
This program is a space to discover what it means to belong to yourself—and begin practicing it right away. Each week gives you something to explore, something to work with, and opportunities to bring it into your actual life, so self-belonging becomes something you experience rather than something you simply learn about.
Weekly Explorations
At the beginning of each week, you’ll get a focused exploration video to introduce the week’s theme and give you a framework for what you’re exploring. Everything is delivered in one place, on your program dashboard, so you can easily find what you need when you need it.
Guided Tap-A-Longs
Use EFT tapping to work with the emotions, beliefs, fears, and resistance that come up as you explore each week’s theme. The guided sessions give you a way to move beyond simply understanding a pattern and actually begin working with it.
Live Q&A Sessions
Join our weekly live sessions to bring your questions, experiences, and real-life challenges into the conversation. Get guidance, perspective, and support as you put what you’re exploring into practice—and if you can't make it live, every session will be recorded for you to watch later.
Additional Weekly Resources
Each week includes reflection prompts, journaling questions, and practical resources to help you go deeper and take the work into your everyday life. These materials are yours to return to whenever you need them, giving you tools to continue practicing self-belonging long after the program ends.
Real-Life Experiments
Self-belonging becomes real through practice. Each week, you’ll have opportunities to try something different, notice what happens, and discover what it looks like to stay connected to yourself in your actual life.
Community Support
You’ll have a space to connect with others who are exploring self-belonging alongside you. Share, reflect, ask questions, and remember that you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Optional Private EFT Sessions
Want more individualized support? Add private 1:1 EFT sessions to your program experience for deeper, more personalized exploration of whatever is coming up for you.
PROGRAM CURRICULUM
A Journey Into Self-Belonging
There’s no one-size-fits-all version of self-belonging. Over nine weeks, you’ll explore the beliefs, patterns, emotions, and choices that shape your relationship with yourself—and discover what belonging to yourself means in your own life.
Week 1 — What Does It Mean to Belong to Yourself?
Begin with the foundation of self-belonging. Explore what it means to have a relationship with yourself and begin noticing the ways you may have learned to leave yourself behind.
Week 2 — Meet Yourself Where You Are
Practice meeting yourself with curiosity rather than judgment. Explore your feelings, needs, desires, and the possibility of accepting what’s true without making yourself wrong for it.
Week 3 — Stay With Yourself
Learn to remain connected to yourself when things feel difficult, uncomfortable, or uncertain. Explore emotional belonging, self-forgiveness, and what it means to find your way back when you disconnect.
Week 4 — Trust Yourself
Explore what self-trust actually looks like when you can't know exactly how things will turn out. Practice listening, choosing, learning, and adjusting without needing complete certainty.
Week 5 — Know What You Want
Get curious about your desires, values, preferences, and needs—and begin separating what’s truly yours from what you’ve learned to want or be for others.
Week 6 — Take Up Space
Explore confidence, agency, boundaries, voice, and being seen. Practice letting yourself matter without needing to make yourself smaller or justify your right to be here.
Week 7 — Let Yourself Be Seen
Explore what it takes to let yourself be known while staying connected to who you are. Practice navigating vulnerability, judgment, rejection, and the discomfort of not being universally approved of.
Week 8 — Stay Yourself in Relationships
Explore how to stay yourself inside relationships, including when you’re caring for others, receiving support, setting boundaries, or navigating conflict. Learn to recognize the difference between connection and self-abandonment.
Week 9 — Live As You Belong
Bring the pieces together and look at what becomes possible when you stop leaving yourself behind. Reflect on what you’ve discovered and how you’ll continue practicing self-belonging beyond the program.

Testimonials
-
Be Your Own Belonging is for anyone who wants to feel more connected to themselves, trust themselves more deeply, and stop letting outside expectations pull them away from who they are. It may be especially meaningful if you tend to second-guess yourself, put others first, struggle to honor your own needs, or feel like you have to change who you are to belong.
-
That’s absolutely okay. No prior experience is needed. You’ll be guided through the basics and supported as you learn to use tapping as a tool for exploring and working with your emotions.
-
Each live session will give you space to explore that week’s theme through guided conversation, EFT tapping, and reflection. You’ll also have opportunities to connect with the group and consider how to bring what you’re exploring into your everyday life.
-
No. You’re always in charge of what you choose to share. You’re welcome to participate, listen, tap, reflect, and engage at a level that feels right for you.
-
No worries. Sessions will be recorded so you can catch up when you’re able. You’ll also have access to the other materials and explorations for that week.
-
The live session will be the main time commitment, with some additional time for reflection, tapping, and optional practices between sessions. You don’t need to spend hours each week to benefit from the program—the goal is to make self-belonging something you can actually practice in your life.
-
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. But this program does ask you to be willing to get curious, explore honestly, and practice relating to yourself in new ways. If you’re looking for someone to tell you what to do or a quick fix for a specific problem, this may not be the right fit.
-
No. Be Your Own Belonging is an educational and experiential personal-growth program, not therapy or mental health treatment. EFT tapping can be a helpful complementary tool for working with emotions, but this program isn’t a substitute for professional mental health care when that level of support is needed.
